Yummy Dinner at Din Tai fung !

Tossed sliced cucumber with chili and garlic (28HKD)

Bean sprouts tossed with beancurd skin (28HKD)

Tossed shredded jellyfish with turnip (48HHKD)

Steamed Angled Loofah and shrimp dumplings (48HKD)

Sauteed Indian lettuce with garlic (40HKD)

Spicy shrimp and pork wonton (45 HKD)

Steamed mushroom vegetarian bun (18 HKD)

Aspargus topped with Shanghai hairy-fisted Crab roe (seasonal- 168HKD)

Din Tai Fung is my fav restaurant in Hong Kong ! Even though I am going every week , I just can't get enough of those juicy dumpling and those perfect chili and garlic baby cucumber ! TO DIE FOR !
