Last weekend we had friends in town from Sweden and Tapei so we had to give them the best impression of Hong Kong and we decided to take them for a nice cocktail and dinner at the world's highest bar and restaurant : Ozone . Cocktails were not bad but I must say I was kind of disappointed with the design over there and the place was wayyyyyy too noisy for a friendly dinner so we asked the staff to give us a table at their Cantonese restaurant Tin lung Heen, Then the magic started ! We arrived very late and we were the last table but the staff was extremely friendly , the service was outstanding and after ordering way too much food we discovered that this truly is one of the best kitchen in Hong Kong .
Appetizer : Tofu with stir fried beancurd : HEAVEN ! the tofu was sweet and soft , the beancurd was crunchy and just perfect
