Friends in town ... Time to show them around Hong Kong and celebrate, starting with the Ritz Carlton
View from the world's highest bar : Ozone
Last weekend we had friends in town from Sweden and Tapei so we had to give them the best impression of Hong Kong and we decided to take them for a nice cocktail and dinner at the world's highest bar and restaurant : Ozone .Cocktails were not bad but I must say I was kind of disappointed with the design over there and the place was wayyyyyy too noisy for a friendly dinner so we asked the staff to give us a table at their Cantonese restaurant Tin lung Heen, Then the magic started !
We arrived very late and we were the last table but the staff was extremely friendly , the service was outstanding and after ordering way too much food we discovered that this truly is one of the best kitchen in Hong Kong .
Appetizer : Tofu with stir fried beancurd : HEAVEN !the tofu was sweet and soft , the beancurd was crunchy and just perfect

Chinese Yellow wine (a first time for me ! )
Fried sesame dumplings filled with custard cream
Sago, mango, papaya and coconut milk soup
Coconut milk pudding and bird's nest ( My favorite )
Back to central after a wonderful afternoon !
